BEGINNING OF, POLICY FRAMEWORK—Town Council, Staff & Workshop <br /> Participants <br /> Cannabis Topic #1: Taxation and Possession/ Usage <br /> • Potential Policy Options <br /> o Jenna Gatto, Senior Planner, and Nick Martin, Administrative Analyst II, <br /> presented from the handout (presentation on file with the Town Clerk.) <br /> • Council Questions and Discussion <br /> o Do we have regulations where drinking is prohibited? <br /> ■ Yes <br /> o 1,000 foot barrier from schools for tobacco, 600 feet for cannabis business per <br /> the State of California.
