CALL TO ORDER— Mayor Goodwin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Flora, Tirman, Abrams, Vice Mayor Wallace Dee, and <br /> Mayor Goodwin. <br /> Staff Present: Todd Landry, Senior Civil Engineer; Chrissy Earnhardt, Administrative <br /> Services Manager; Daniel Wilkins, Town Engineer/Director of Public Works; Johnny <br /> Goetz, Chief Building Official; Darcey Messner, Plans Examiner I; Nicole Casey, Senior <br /> Accountant; Benjamin Tohlen, Building Inspector I; Jeff Loux, Community Development <br /> Director; Karen Davidson, Office Assistant; Robert Leftwich, Chief of Police; Judy Price, <br /> Town Clerk; Andrew Morris, Town Attorney; Tony Lashbrook, Town Manager; Jennifer <br /> Masters, Administrative Technician; and Kelly Beede, Administrative Analyst II. <br /> 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE— led by Paco Lindsey. <br /> 4. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Written comment received (on file with the Town Clerk): <br /> Celia Sutton Pedo MD and Marc Pedo <br /> Jesse Griffin - spoke regarding the Senior Center and the recent power outages. <br /> • She is requesting the Town assist in the purchase of a generator for the safety of <br /> the seniors. <br /> • She did research with Ace Hardware and Truckee Rents; the EB 10,000 is the <br /> generator needed to run the hot plates for food, the phone, and run the blower on <br /> the propane fire place. <br /> Response: The Town Manager will work with Ms. Griffin. <br /> Celia Sutton Pedo MD and Marc Pedo — Residents read from their written comment. <br /> James Clifford —Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows: <br /> • March 9-12 Women's World Cup <br /> • There will be four days of events. <br /> • A detailed traffic plan has been created. <br /> • Carpool if you can, TART will be running, Tahoe Sierra will be running, as well as <br /> additional bus schedules.
