1997-08-27 Town of Truckee ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MEETING August 27, 1997 2:00 P.M. Truckee Donner Public Utility District Board Room 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California MINUTES 2. 3. 4. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 2:07 p.m. PUBLIC COMMENTS. None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. None. PUBLIC HEARINGS. 4.1 97-025/TPM (Tentative Parcel Map); Douglas and Katherine Bratt, owner/applicant; John Spencer, agent; Staff Planner, Gavin Ball. Jotm Spencer was present. No staff report was given. No new input was received. Mr. Spencer asked for minor clarifications on Condition No. 7 relating to the placement of the buildings consistent with General Plan Conservation and Open Space Policy 7.1; Condition No. 11 was modified as recommended by staff and agreed by the applicant's agent; A technical typographical error relating to the newly created parcels was corrected in Condition No. 16a; and clarification on Condition No. 20 regarding the Truckee Fire Protection District requirement, related to the timing for installation and placement of the water storage tank. Acting Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Eddins approved the tentative parcel map with modifications to Condition 7, 11, 16A, and 20 as requested; and determined the project to be exempt from CEQA review. 4.2 97-068frTM (Tentative Tract Map); Robert and Sally Harmon, owner/applicant; Leon Gogain, agent; Staff Planner, Gavin Ball. The applicant's parents Mr. and Mrs. Harmon were present. No new comments were received and no staff report was given. The Harmon's asked that Condition No. 7 be modified to more accurately reflect the Department of Real Estate requirements. Acting Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Eddins approved the tentative tract map with modifications to Condition No. 7; and determined the project to be exempt from CEQA review. 4.3 97-076/TPM (Tentative Parcel Map); Ted Siotos, owner/applicant; Greg Ditkakis, agent; Staff Planner, Gavin Ball. The applicant and the agent were not present. No new information was received and no staff report was given. Acting Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Eddins approved the tentative parcel map with no changes to the staff recommended conditions; and determined the project to be exempt from CEQA review. ADJOURNMENT.
