CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Dee called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. on February 11, <br /> 2010 and at 8:00 a.m. on February 12, 2010. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Green, deRyk- Jones, Brown, Mayor Wallace -Dee, and <br /> Vice Mayor Anderson. <br /> Staff Present: Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, Alex Terrazas, <br /> Assistant Town Manager, John McLaughlin, Community Development Director, Nicholas <br /> Sensley, Chief of Police, Kim Szczurek, Administrative Services Director, Dennis Crabb, <br /> Town Attorney, Tony Lashbrook, Town Manager, Judy Price, Town Clerk and Bobbie <br /> Gifford, Administrative Secretary. <br /> 3. Facilitator Terry Schutten's report will be filed with the Town Clerk. <br /> • Case Study: Truckee Future <br /> o Background <br /> o Discussion <br /> o Policy Positions: <br /> • What should the role of change be during difficult economic times? <br /> • What is the Labor Relations Strategy for the Town? <br /> • Prioritize the use of Redevelopment Funds. <br /> • Establish a policy on the use of reserves that can be used as a <br /> guideline for distribution of these funds, should that be necessary. <br /> Establish a base amount that will be maintained under any <br /> circumstance. <br /> • Develop ways to involve the Community in solving these issues. <br /> • Brickelltown Sidewalk: Are the property owners willing to take on the <br /> maintenance?
