TOWN OF TRUCKEE <br /> California <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002-04 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE <br />COOPERATIVE FUNDING AGREEMENT AMENDING RESOULTION 2000-42 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 4, 2000, the Truckee Town Council adopted Resolution <br />2000-42 that authorized staff to enter into a cooperative funding agreement with <br />Caltrans for the purpose of constructing drainage improvements at SR 267/ Union <br />Pacific railroad Track Crossing and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the above referenced Resolution Town staff <br />entered into a cooperative agreement with Caltrans and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, additional time is required to complete the required drainage <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE <br />TOWN OF TRUCKEE as follows: That the Town Council hereby adopts Resolution <br />2002-04 amending Resolution 2000-42 and acknowledges its approval of an <br />amendment to the cooperative agreement to extend the termination date of the existing <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town <br />Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 3rd day of January, 2002 by <br />Councilmember Schneider who moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded <br />by Councilmember McCormack was upon roll call carried and the Resolution adopted <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers McCormack, Owens, Schneider & Mayor Florian <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT:None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />¢ t-o <br /> sbor~e, CMC, Town Clerk <br /> <br />Ronald J.
