Town of Tmcl c <br /> <br /> C~lifomi~ <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 93-30 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TRUCK~ A_MI~IDING TITLE 10 BY ADDING <br />SECTIONS 10.14.080 AND 10.14.090 RE PARKING RI~iTRICHONS <br /> <br />The Town Council of the Town of Truckee Does Ordain as Follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Enaclxn~t. Title 10 of the Truckee Municipal Code is hereby amended by <br />adding Sections 10.14.080 and 10.14.090 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "10.14.080. PARKING WITHIN PARKING SPACE. It is unlawfifl for any <br />person to park a vehicle on or across any line or marking or park a vehicle in such a position that <br />the vehicle is not entirely within the space designated by such lines or markings. The Traffic <br />Engineer is authorized to paint, place or install appropriate lines, markings, or buttons to <br />designate parking spaces, and each vehicle parked shall be parked within the lines or markings <br />so established. <br /> <br /> 10.14.090. LEAVING VEHICLE PARKFD AFTER RECEIPT OF PARKING <br />VIOLATION CITATION. It is unlawfi~ for any operator of a vehicle to permit such vehicle to <br />remain parked in a parking space after receipt of a violation citation for exceeding the parking <br />time limit. Violation of this section will incur only at~er the passage of the succeeding time limit <br />of the parking space as recorded by the preceding violation citation. Each successive maximum <br />period of time during which the maximum legal parking time has been extended shall constitute <br />a separate violation and be subject to issuance of a citation." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Repeal. Any and all provisions of the County Code of the County of Nevada <br />in conflict with Title 10 of the Truckee Municipal Code as herein enacted, is hereby repealed as <br />incorporated by reference by the Town of Truckee. <br /> <br /> Section 3. ~ Within fifteen (15) days after final adoption of this Ordinance, the <br />Town Clerk shall have it posted in the three (3) public places designated by resolution of the <br />Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
